Dinner: Skimmed yogurt with green salad or fresh vegetables.
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs one teaspoon of honey + two slices of brown.
Snack: Lemon juice or Grapefruit juice or vegetables and one cup of coffee or light ice cream.
Lunch: 200 gram grilled chicken with Large plate of green salad, brown rice or 2 slices of brown bread.
Snack: One apple and green tea.
Dinner: Cooked vegetables, grilled lean meat, salad, b. bread.
Breakfast: lemon juice or Grapefruits juice, b. bread.
Snack: 2 teaspoons of flax seeds.
Lunch: Grilled fish or chicken, green salad, brown bread.
Snack: Fruit or fruit juice, green tea.
Dinner: Yogurt, salad, black b.
Breakfast: 200 gram of skimmed milk, Bananas.
Snack: Green salad, boiled potatoes.
Lunch: Cottage cheese, spinach, salad, black bread.
Snack: Vegetable juice, green tea.
Dinner: Black bread, low fat cheese, eggs.
Breakfast: 2 Eggs, brown bread.
Snack: Fruit salad.
Lunch: Peas, grilled liver, salad, black bread.
Snack: Fruit juice or vegetable.
Dinner: Cooked vegetables, grilled fish, salad, black-bread.
